🔐 Identity Verification

To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before processing your request. We will match your request email with your account email. If we cannot verify your identity, we may request additional information such as your account username or date of account creation.

If you are an authorized agent submitting a request on behalf of a consumer, please check the "Authorized Agent" box below and provide proof of authorization (signed permission from the consumer).

📄 Data Format

Upon verification, we will provide your personal data in CSV format (readily usable), sent via secure download link to the email address associated with your request. The link will be valid for 7 days.
